Activity and Flyer Form Normal

To add an event or flyer all you have to do is fill out this form. IMPORTANT: To be able to edit your event in the future, if needed, you must have cookies enabled and you will only be able to edit your event from the computer you used to add the event. Otherwise please contact the webservant to make any changes or corrections.


Please fill out this form to have an activity added to our Activity Calendar. Every field except the "Upload a Flyer" and "Short Description" are required.

This form is looking for either .pdf or .doc file extension. If you do not upload one of these file types, as part of the form process you may ask the website committee for help converting your file to one of these types. If you choose to convert the file yourself all data will be deleted and you will have to start over after you convert your file. If you ask for help converting your file the event will appear on the calendar, but until we convert the file there will not be a link for your event flyer.
