This page has a list of groups that participate in this game. Before you fill out this form Please read the rules for this game. Your group is encouraged to have a group banner to be able to get a banner.
We have a form so that any Group Service Representative can add their group to this list. The information we will be looking for is the name of the group, the address of the group(where it meets), the city, state and zip code the group meets in. We also need a contact email in case we have any questions. All fields are required.
